In the case of P.C., a minor, by and through her guardian ad litem L.C. v. Roseville City School District, Snyder & Shaw LLP and Earl E. Conaway, III – A Professional Law Corporation obtained a 3-million-dollar jury verdict in a case involving a student-on-student sexual assault.  Snyder & Shaw LLP litigated this case for over five years before a jury finally heard the case.  The jury recognized the importance of providing adequate supervision to students in school sponsored extracurricular activities.
