All initial consultations are at no cost to the family. We believe that every child deserves access to quality representation, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Justice, and your child’s right to an appropriate education, should not depend on your ability to pay legal fees. Rule number one in our office is parents should not worry about paying attorney fees. We take cases based on strength and not the ability of a parent to pay attorney fees.

Under special education law, an educational agency may be responsible for payment of parents’ attorneys’ fees incurred in a successful due process case. We strongly believe you should not have to pay attorneys’ fees to obtain what the law guarantees already for your child – a free appropriate public education.
