In the expedited matter of Parent v. Atascadero Unified School District (OAH Case No. 2025010625), Snyder & Shaw LLP attorney Colleen A. Snyder and California Rural Legal Assistance attorney Evan H. Harris obtained an amazing student victory involving a student who was expelled from school.  The OAH determined that the Student’s behavior was a manifestation of his disability and overturned his expulsion from the district.
