Snyder & Shaw LLP Obtains Student Victory Involving Student Discipline

In the expedited matter of Parent v. Orcutt Union Unified School District (OAH Case No. 2025060356), Snyder & Shaw LLP attorney Daniel R. Shaw obtained an amazing student victory involving a student who was repeatedly being removed from school because of behavior that was directly caused by his underlying disability.  The OAH determined that the Student’s behavior was a manifestation of his disability, order an independent education assessment, and an IEP meeting to address the school district’s lack of appropriate supports.
